Description
The wood chips for osage are a direct result of our woodworking and are collected during processing. Osage orange is isolated from Maclua pomifera and yields a true yellow.
When dyeing with osage, use 15-30% weight of fiber. Allow the wood chips to soak in the water for a few hours or overnight. Filter out the chips and add your mordanted fiber. Then simmer for up to an hour to get a medium yellow which is highly light fast.
Sold in 4 ounce bags.
