This unique tool specializes in folding ingredients into a batter. For example mixing meringue into sponge cake batter or fruit into pancake batter. The open nature of the tool reduces the chance of over mixing your batter. They are about 2.5″ wide and 12.5″ long, each one is different and has a unique grain pattern and look. Our folding spoons are finished with a food safe mineral oil and beeswax mixture. The smooth finish makes it easy to clean, wash with warm soapy water and dry immediately, please don’t soak or put into the dishwasher.

Beautiful, well made folding spoon. I use it for general cooking and baking too. This one has a comfortable handle and nice flat surface. Keeps the air in my whipped meringue, folds in cheese and mixes ground beef the best.
